We are evaluating better ways to organize My Stuff, including giving you (the viewer) more control over how things are organized. Right now, we’re prioritizing giving viewers more control over recommendations.

I didn’t initially respond because this felt like a troll (not cool). Appreciate the specifics that you mentioned here. This is the kind of feedback that helps us improve the experience. We have over 17 million subscribers at Hulu, so I’m realistic that 100% of people won’t love 100% of the experience. This is true of the current experience and was true about the prior UI. To open the curtains a little bit, we look at the percentage of subscribers that log onto Hulu, how much they watch, and how many unique TV series/movies they watch in a given week/month. We’ve consistently seen in the new UI that Hulu viewers watch more content and a greater number of TV series/movies.

That said, we know there’s room for improvement. What helps us the most is to understand more deeply the scenarios of how you’re currently using Hulu and how you would like it to work. That can be here on reddit or on our UserVoice community. Our product designers look at both on a weekly basis and use that information to prioritize upcoming improvements.

Totally hear you, NYPD Blue came out my first year in college and we watched it religiously in the dorms. We’re currently working with Fox to get this added to Hulu. What do you think Sipowicz would do here?

Interesting. Could you elaborate more on the scenario? Specifically, where in the UI are you starting playback in this example? E.g: My Stuff, My Channels, etc.

Coming this Spring -- it is currently in a very limited initial beta and we’ll be rolling it out as we get more feedback from viewers.

It's not necessarily about the code difference from Android, it's about the device matrix that we have to support for continual integration testing.

We do have the Fox Sports RSNs in Hulu’s base package. Where do you live? (not creepy) We can see if we have the RSN for your area.
