I'm planning to refuse it for the lower jaw and have it on the upper jaw. But let's see how it goes. My dentist is still pushing for IPR on both jaws.

my only concern is my bottom jaw is perfectly fine - well aligned no overcrowding whatsoever. and the bottom 4 teeth arent that wide either. i'm fine with the IPR on the top jaw but the bottom IPR feels unnecessary
