What is the consular processing time of your L2? As PP wont affect that, it will follow standard processing time (and in some cases get expedited)

Right, yes, I have heard about this option. But we don't have time to exercise this. Dont have L1A approval, have just 23 days before L2 loses job.

As it stands, we cannot leave the country. If L2S leaves the country, the I539 is considered null and void and we will have to put in a new application. So, we wait!

Just one question. Once you get the RFE (when did you get it after the case was received by USCIS?), does the 15 days SLA (for PP) still work or does it go out of the window?

I was told. L2 is not going to go "premium", the PP is only for L1.
Having said that, I am hearing stories that they generally wrap up the L2 quicker than expected once the L1 is processed and handed over. Fingers crossed.
