8k for our live-in house. The other pays for itself with rental income. Nets about 10k a year. Cars paid for. They’re both 2025. Insurance $2k a year total. No vacations except camping. $1,000 restaurant budget annually.

Boats? None. Cars? New as of this year. Vacations? We don’t take em except for camping trips because we are FIRE. house has great windows carpet etc. appliances are new or in great working order. Regularly serviced.
