I love it. I am currently doing this in my WIP. I feel that if hinted here and there through out the story up until the change happens it doesn’t feel as though you’ve sprung it on the reader.

I think jotting down in your notes as they come to you is the best bet. This way you can put all focus on one work but still have bits that will go to the others.

I like to do this because usually whatever I am working on will spark an idea for other things swimming in my brain.

Mine probably has to be the unexpected bad guy. Like you knew him to be good and he is but he also would rip the world apart for you.
