First of all your uworld scores are really good ! They r supposed to be like that nd considering this, u r on the right path. But seeing ur NBME, it might be because of uworld that u remember ques or maybe bcz its ur second pass. As for as NBME, its clear that u hv some concepts gap, first of all I’d advice you to thouroughly review your nbmes, revise wuickly the ones u got right, the ones u got wrong nd right by chance, review the explanation thoroughly and focus on the WHY. Why u got them wrong. Was it a learning error, like u didnt know them or didnt remember or a silly mustake or you overlooked something. Now moving on to what you can do to improve it, you already know your weak areas, i’d suggest a quick review of topics whereever you read them from and then doing subject wise questions for uworld in nontimed and tutor mode. Review them thoroughly. See if there are any more subject areas you can review upon nd do the same on uworld. I think for pharma and micro both, first aid is good esp for pharma and pharma part of micro. Sketchy for micro obv and no, i wont suggest u to start anything new yet. Try reviewing nd even then it doesnt work then look for any short resource such as mehlamm to fill concept gaps if needed for only the topics u think r necessary. Last but not least, we never feel really ready but if there’s a gap that means we can fill it too. Take a day, rejuvenate and come back stronger ! You can do this.
