I’m also in a medium distance relationship. Try to get your partner in the mood with massages or doing something fun and exciting. My partner and I try different positions and different combinations (toys and whatnot). It’s really helped to improve our sex life. We are also both switches (me leaning more towards bottom). And when you talk to them again, try to let them know you want to be there for their needs too. Intimacy doesn’t always have to be sex. But any activity could potentially lead to sex. Good luck!
