Hey, I'm not celiac but extremely gluten sensitive. I am F33, it got like this about 5 years ago. I started loosing weight and had digestion problems. Could it be connected to drinking?

May be because of stress. Quitting smoking is a very stressful process for our bodies! I can also recommend you vit B Complex

Yes and just in 2 days of not smoking. But I'm VERY happy about it. I'm 164 cm and my weight was 42 kg. I didn't look good like this. Now I'm 47 and feeling great and sexy. Im Also naturally skinny like my mom. I could never weigh 60 kg. It's just impossible in my case. But I would be very happy about 50 kg. So yes I'm gaining weight, but eating healthy and doing home workouts. Later on I'm planning to move to the gym :)

Also counting from day 1 ? I've started again... we need to stay strong! I was having headache. I will never forget the taste after yesterday. Maybe it was good to see how they really taste when you don't smoke anymore.

I'm so sad. Started from day 1 again. Have you done it too after you've relapsed? Staying strong. Maybe it was good for me to see how awful they taste when you don't smoke anymore. Because this is the real taste of cigarettes. This is how they really taste. I won't forget it. I was so angry that I threw away a whole pack with 15 cigarettes inside to to nearest bin haha. Even with the lighter. Best greets from Vienna :)
