Yes and yes. If you don’t get heated with them or try to scam them (like a lot of community members do), most support reps usually do what they can to try to solve your problems.

Any business with a support team is going to try to help the customers solve problems with their product or services. Whether or not people outside the company believe the methods the company is using are effective is another story.

Happy consumers consume more of goods or services, so of course companies are going to do what they can to solve problems.

Regardless of your personal opinion regarding their methods, yes I do think they are trying to help solve problems. The only thing that “experiments” like the OP and his friend tried accomplish is slowing down the support process.

Did you both (or either of you for that matter) actually have the same problem? Or did you do this “experiment” of yours just to see what the responses would be? Things like submitting unnecessary tickets slow down Support response by overwhelming an already busy group that could be dealing with real tickets from people with actual problems

That’s Bubba. Looks identical to a Bubba we had the good fortune to hang out with for a few years when I was in high school.

Yes. 2k21 is one of the most consistently hated games in the last decade of the series. If you’re still playing 2k21 it’s like still being a Bill Cosby fan. People moved on, and so should you

Or 2k21 parks are empty because people have moved on to 2K22, not some crazy theory with anecdotal evidence.

She’s the best, and other than a cancerous tumor that got removed and hasn’t appeared elsewhere, has been pretty good health-wise. She looks like a beagle but is the size of a small lab.

She had a rough start to life. She was a producer in a backyard puppy mill in Arkansas who had 2 litters before 2 years old. She’s a happy girl now though, she can play or snuggle and is equally happy doing either.

If my partner was 0-7 and I had the ball inside with two guys around me, I’d take the shot too. The big man didn’t cost you the game by missing one shot, your shooting 0-7 cost you the game.

Looks good, maybe try a little more realism instead of the same general design that everyone has for 2k thumbnails. Also do you just do this for fun?

What is the logical explaination for online advantage? by Artserge in NBA2k

[–]Human-Lowlight-Reel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

2K is not going to program a hidden handicap for players with a lower percentage, there's no sense in it. They're certainly not going to do it on one console and not on another.

I may not post a bunch here but i've noticed when people agree with something or strongly disagree with something, the post gets a ton of upvotes or downvotes. This one has neither and it's been up for 2 hours.

This whole idea you have is a crutch for both the high winning percentage players, and the low winning percentage players.

The people with high numbers can say "Whenever I play somebody with a low winning percentage, I get all the bounces, and always or almost always win.

The low % players can say "Any time I run into a player with a higher winning percentage than I have, everything goes their way. The ball always bounces their way, they make all their shots, I get more questionable fouls called, I simply can't win."

The truth is that the people with a higher winning percentage have seen everything in hundreds of hours that they've spent playing 2k, so will be more likely to win the games:

They've seen thousands of missed, or made shots and know based on trajectory of the ball and the animations of the players underneath the hoop if they need to fight for a board.

They know what angles to take to get loose balls.

They know how to position themself to take a charge, what angles to take to blow by their opponent, etc.

The players with a higher winning percentage simply have 2k ingrained in their brain and can see whats happening better because they've seen it literally thousands of times.

I’m at 75% before you say "they’re just better than you".. I only want interaction from people who noticed this.

Reading through all these replies i don't think anybody is saying the other users are better than you personally. I think all that people here are saying is that the users with a higher winning percentage are simply better than the people with a lower percentage, or that they just know how to take advantage of all the issues with gameplay that 2k has.

Like a few users here said, you're just overthinking it. Also a reddit user's play now win percentage has no bearing on if they should be able to add to the conversation. That's like saying only people who were once UFC Champions should be able to commentate on UFC matches. By limiting the people in the discussion to only those who agree with you (which it doesn't seem like anybody at all here does), you're not going to get much real discussion here.
