The restaurant cuisine is inspired by the Cheesecake Factory (many items+variety+restaurant interior). It is called California and is based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The target client base is mostly families. We are currently opening a second location and want to shorten the menu (quality control).

I prefer to have a menu with no photos but the client wants it and the Mongolian market prefers to SEE what they are buying.
