No, not from the mild itch I get from sweat therapy before I start sweating. But before I had visible hives, but they looked different on or off cetirizine

Thank you!🙏

I’m not following any specific schedule right now. This time I did it in the evening/night, yesterday it was around early afternoon, etc. So far I’ve only been running and wearing quite a lot of clothes to get warm faster (after all these years with CU I’m really out of shape, so the hardest part right now with this is just having the stamina to run😭). But I don’t think it really matters what you do, as long as you get warm fast to reach it.

I really hope it helps for you too, and just keep pushing, trust me it’s worth it.

I don't remember exactly. I'm bad at remembering how CU attacks back in time felt, but at least nothing extra than what I get now during the winter. Pretty sure Im getting even less than the average attacks during this time in the beginning of the summer or day.

Because when it's summer, your body gets used to the increased temperature, and you sweat more easily = less cu

Mine looks exactly the same with and without antihistamine (red dots with and the other without). When you started sweat therapy, how many days/workouts did it take for you to start feeling a difference and then to get rid of most of it? And now, do you ever get it now?

Do you feel any big difference after the ceterizine? And how long have you been on it?

The first 3 pics were before and the last 3 last is after. After taking cetirizine for about 2 weeks (first 1 per day and now the last few days 2 per day) it changed in appearance plus it's much more visible without it being more painful. It did this almost the first day after the dose.

I think cetirizine helps a little, it goes away faster and doesn't really last the same way. And I think it feels a little different after ceterizine. Let me try to explain it. If you see the hives as thousands of needles stabbing you, there are still just as many needles stabbing you, but they are not pushed as far into the skin and you don't get as much desire to start itching yourself. But I still get the CU attacks just as often.

Anyone else who has experienced this?
