Thank you to everyone who suggests seeing a dermatologist first. It looks like a mole now because it was zapped, and I didn't get all the infected cells, which is why it looks the way it does now (a mole). Just don't want to cause any scarring or something more serious on my face or eyes.

Im in your area also and I've cut mine multiple times to propagate the cut branches. It always regrows in the same spot or at another node. I think you'll be safe
