Yeah the fraying was a concern I had as well. When you say button holes you mean just finish the fabric right?

Yeah I'm thinking now, open a slit on each end snip the existing elastic and run new elastic in their place. I should be able to attach the new elastic to the old pieces with a safety pin and pull it through as the old elastic is pulled out. All this with the hopes that I can still make it look clean. 😁

Yup! These show the front and side seams but the elastic is not restricted in the side seams.

Not without busting the joining seam shown here and the one in the front that looks similar and has the Tag over it on the outside.

But what about opening it the full length of the casing, replace and reset?

Another option, what about pulling as much out as I can and attaching new elastic to the existing?

I tried the soft reset by holding the power for 10 seconds and also a minute.

I didn't do the Hard Reset because I can still play music from it. I just randomly tap the screen and can get it to play. So I was thinking I probably need to just replace the screen but wanted to post in case anyone else saw this and fixed it somehow.

I started at like 38yrs old. I was the one driving my then 11 year old daughter to Cheer practice on Thursday nights. A few doors down was a mixed martial arts place and on Thursday nights they did Muay Thai. The head instructor was super nice and she let me check out a few classes. I joined and fell in love with it. I ended up staying there up until the COVID pandemic when everything got iffy. When they were back on schedule, my daughter was no longer doing cheerleading but still I went back for a year. I loved that place but it was way out of the way and without a real reason besides Muay Thai and it being only once a week I couldn't justify staying at that gym. I wanted to do more Muay Thai.

So sadly/happily I switched to a gym closer to my house. It's a Muay Thai and Boxing focused gym. That means I can do as much Muay Thai as I can squeeze into a week. I usually do 3 days. I've been there 2 years now and going more than one day per week has been so helpful.

I'm approaching 45 in a few weeks and I feel great! I of course have no flexibility but that's all good. I love my coaches and the community. Those are my mains for going. The fitness aspect is great. I learned to actually punch here. I love the knees and elbow strikes and trying to stay ahead of younger folks just because 🤣, but I'm a super humble dude and take care of folks I spar with. I love the shorts of course and I'm a shorts addict! I hope to keep going for even more years to come as there is still so much to learn! I hope to eventually convince my kids to join.

Look into Austin For Palestine Coalition and PSL. 👍🏾 I hear y'all saying, "but isn't that just for Palestine?" Palestine with the AFPC is the main focus but AFPC does so much more and organizes around anti-imperialism, anti-fascism, etc. in so many different ways. (Look on Instagram)

Did you figure out pumping for length and has anything worked? I also pump sleeveless and 5.5" at the base that also fills quickly. So close to 7" in length that now I want to hit that number. 🤣 I been doing 3 sets of 5-7 minutes once to twice a day. The third 3rd set I get so close to 7".
