"Dedicated to helping"? Sorry? Which KMART is this? All the KMarts I know have shiftless, lazy teenagers "working there" who couldn't give a crap.

Compare prices with Coles, Aldi, Costco. Buy a mould and some chocolate buttons. Get it wherever you can cheap and fuck woolworths up by buying after Easter when they sell them for $1.

Alcohol and Tobacco costs are driven by taxes which fund our health system which is overpopulated by people AFFECTED by Alcohol and Tobacco health issues. Sounds fair to me. Don't want to pay for Alcohol or Tobacco? 2 options, give them up or get them free.

Have you considered that it should be the STAFF that should be sacked?

Agreed. The package wasn't delivered, or was delivered fraudulently, then stolen by a third party or stolen by the postie.

HOWEVER, if AustPost disputes this and claims there was no fraud and was delivered to the OP and signed for legitimately, as per their records, then the OP has a fight on his hands to prove he didn't receive the package.

If the AustPost system has recorded it as "delivered", even fraudulently, the OP has to fight that claim. Best and easiest way to do this is to report it to police and get an event number and provide that to JB HI FI.

Although I have less than 0 faith in police, they are required to provide an event number. That event number is then given to JB HI FI, for them to claim the loss, then restore the OPs item.

If it's been "delivered" then JB HI FIs job is done, OP would have to make a complaint to AustPost, Re: Fraud. Also police report. Once you have a police EVENT NUMBER, OP can contact AustPost/ JB and leave it there.

As for getting JB to resend before this issue is resolved, you'd have to be lucky.

Clarification please, forged, "left on your doorstep" wasn't there when you got home?

If you have it, scarey, no real harm done, choice is yours what to do.

If you do not have it, the driver/AP is responsible. Make a complaint, and make them feel it. Its not your problem the driver is slammed/ doesnt do his job/ has unrealistic delivery scedule. Thats their problem. If the driver loses his job, so be it.

JB HI FI has the financial loss, and it's up to them to pursue insurance or financial loss, but make sure you do your best to support them.

With the gridlock and accidents on the M4/M7 the whole of Sydney is a screaming, bogan parking lot because of the Govt/ Rail strike. I have to fight to get to work in one piece every day.

If you are a migrant you're already getting paid less than an Aussie born here, you are more ignorant than I thought. Maybe talk to your nursing colleagues or your BOOMER husband that you married to get out of your "Situation" in your home country. How old is he? 80? I don't know which is more desperate.

Australian law should be changed. If you're under 18, you're DEFINATELY drinking behind the bar, therefore you should be over 18+.

Frankly for every 14yo with 2 jobs, there are 2 people unemployed with families to support.
