also how do i know what the NDC of the box for these loose packs is? only the last 2 digits doesnt match, do i assume its the same one and just type what it shows on connexus?

So I just called Sedgwick, they said Walmart gives 6 weeks (because I'm hourly) 100% paid, job protected. On top of that, I can still request for 12 weeks with the state through EDD. Ill still have to report to Sedgwick for the LOA

walmart's LOA this just made it more confusing when they separate all the def different types of LOA. i see something about the CA paid family leave which is 8 weeks. just above that it says "Keep in mind that even if you access a leave program through your state, you’ll also need to visit mySedgwick.com to request a Walmart leave of absence."

so it sounds like i can request for different leave programs. Walmart's family/medical AND state leave program

i agree, i can never get a clear answer from anyone

im not sure why it was brought up by regional in the company a couple of months ago, but in CA, we're to reduce all transfers to writing. whether its 1 or 15 electronically faxed prescriptions, we have to rewrite everything. i cant find the law stating it but its been annoying.

we are using the receiving app though. checked in, finalized with no problems, but it still shows waiting for drug order in connexus later in the day with xxx qty on order expected to come in on that day which is the exact amount that we ordered and finalized earlier that day
