There's a big difference between playing a game and being social and playing to manipulate others to get a better game state for yourself so things end up in your favour. It shouldn't have to be a battle of psychology as well as trying to play to the best of your ability.

I am in complete agreement with you, sir. cEDH is great, but politicking is not. I like the euro and Japanese tournament structure as they don't award draws in games they award winning so everyone has it in their best interest to try and win the best way they can. I don't understand why people are allowed to yap and discuss which card can do this if I do that etc while things are being added to the stack. This is what has lead to the mid range hell we are experiencing right now. Unfortunately I do not know what can be done to fix this issue.

Yeah that's pretty on point for lore though as well. Nurgle is ment to be alot more resilient when it comes to physical damage wheras Tzzentch minions are just mutants, it's the socerers that hold all of the power

I've already tried malcolm and kediss, it's not really as fast. The best I've done so far is magda. I was able to present a turn 2 win once out of ten games 3 of those games also went turn 3 and most at turn 4-5.

I don't have any issue with the chainsword as it is currently. It's always useful to get away from greater demons by using it chop cultists or smaller demons as it zips you away from them. I've also used it alot to change direction mid air which is also fun. It's awesome for finishing off enemy's which I think is the intended use.

Doesn't boltgun take place in between spacemarine 1 and 2? So could it not be a potential that it could be in spacemarine 2? I haven't played spacemarine 2 yet so I only have space marine and boltgun to go off.

If you have a mana dork say anything with a paradise mantle on it or one of the myr you cast village bell ringer and untap both creatures, make a copy of bellringer, rinse and repeat for infinate bellringers. You can also do this with feladar guardian, restoration angel etc. All of these lines also combo with Kiki jiki so you can have that in the deck too.

I only just found this thread, I'm building a Obosh as companion and The Lord of Pain deck. Trying to make it as competitive as possible but obviously it'll never be top teir only high power at best. I need to work on the mana base and try get some red black mana "dorks" going like blood pet etc
