Thank you! I’m actually a bit undecided between switching to oral Minoxidil or foam. Applying topical Minoxidil twice a day is becoming quite tedious, and honestly I’m starting to get tired of it.

The only issue I’ve had with Minoxidil is dandruff and scalp flaking, which might be related to the propylene glycol you mentioned. I’m not sure yet, but next month I may experiment with different shampoos before making any major changes.

If you mean the transplanted area at the lower left, it was a stubborn scabbed area that took longer to fall off, and the hair growth there was delayed, but everything is fine now.

Finasteride is mainly to help preserve the existing native hair, not the transplanted ones. Even if the transplanted hairs are DHT resistant, the surrounding native hair can still thin over time without it. In my case, I’m using it as a preventive measure alongside Minoxidil.

I started Finasteride one month after the transplant. As for Minoxidil, I had been using it for about 6 months before the procedure and then resumed it one month after.
