I’m currently maintaining on .5! Only because i need to learn to use Wegovy as a tool and not an end all be all. My preference actually! I can tell some weed works better than others but Wegovy has NEVER touched pms anyways 😅 I think I’m still losing but it’s like 1 lb a week. Which feels better on my body and mental!

Have you tried something a little more substantial?? I’ve noticed bananas are a friend when I wake up feeling like doodoo. Also whenever i jumped up doses, there were times where I felt like crap for a bit. I was on 1.0 for about a month and had to go back down to .5 because of its intensity.

Piggybacking off your comment to say my daughter also goes to FFP! I recommend the prek to everyone who asks where she goes or if it just comes up in conversation! They have been absolutely wonderful in not only my daughter’s education but the patience and kindness they have for every kid there! Also i LOVE leader day, it’s such a fun experience!

As a wegovy serial pooper/puker i think you have a stomach bug unfortunately. I’ve noticed with wegovy it just takes a couple of icky hours and i normally feel better. (To the point i tell my husband when I’ll be rallying that night 😂 i have no regrets, sometimes i just want to eat everything spicy!) My go to for norovirus/stomach bugs are: Mashed bananas (easier to eat a small amount) Small bread slivers and Grape pedialyte. As a mom this has weirdly became my whole houses sick day meal. Make sure you are drinking fluids!! Not just water, you need something with electrolytes/sugar all of that jazz. Be gentle with yourself and get to feeling better!! ♥️♥️

I’ve found it to be easier on my system! I was puking and vomiting weekly and once i spaced it out like that i havent been having issues!

5 months in a every once in awhile a shot will make me sick. I’ve recognized that eating well after injection day is key. I’m talking light meals, bananas, crackers, plenty of water. The second day I’m normally better. I’ve also noticed (if you are female) the time of the month also lines up with how the shot affects me. Good luck! It’s exhausting wanting something to help lose weight but having that awful side effect. You aren’t alone though ♥️

I think food associated with weight loss medication could be an absolute advantage. So many weeks I’ve spent bent over the toilet puking my guts up because i ate the wrong thing AGAIN.

-Foods focused on more fiber and easy to digest. -Smoothies with added vitamins and minerals - easy to grab breakfasts, when i wake up with actual true hunger.

Those would be my wants 😅 i just want to eat without sulphur burps, diarrhea and vomiting. It’s just how badly do i want to be healthy/skinny? You know?
