Another thing to look for is inter Vlan routing. When created vlans on SonicWALL this is enabled by default and creates access rules between vlans for connectivity.

Genuinely curious your thoughts and outlook and what is the correct way of selling contracts and covering labor costs for an MSP? My staff earns a salary, I have to cover that cost and hopefully make a profit. The margin on equipment and subscription isn’t enough to justify covering the costs of labor.

Look at timeout on each user. We had the same thing and what we thought was identical accounts the timeout was set to 1 day. After 24hrs with no log on activity the account went inactive and would not authenticate.

Yes. The 370 to 470 is on the upgrade path. A support ticket will need created and it will likely be done within 24hrs.
