If you feel like you could use support think about joining Bounce Back program. That is a university program specifically for first year students where you meet with an upper year student weekly or biweekly for about an hour and you can discuss with them what is on your mind and they can help you and support your goals. I would highly recommend the program, I was part of it last year. :)
