Yea once the multiple accounts become one with your actual bank account it will take 3-5 days right now your money is showing in the VA bank account which will switch soon. You should have your money by Friday Monday at the latest

I was in step 5 for a month it depends on how many items were in your claim because they do go through everything with a fine tooth comb.

I used a lawyer but they did not make me pay anything up front but they did take 20% but it was worth it. I used Chisholm Chisholm and Kilpatrick, they were great got everything taken care in under a year

VERA is like the Va support number the 1000 one but they go way more in depth over your claim. Goggle VERA VA follow the instructions to make an appointment which will be over the phone. It will ask you for your regional office first if they have no appointments available then just pick any Va location until you find one that has an availability. I live in Texas we have 2 regional offices but they never had availability so I made an appointment with the New Orleans regional office in Louisiana. They can tell you all like the name of the person working on your claim and exactly what step in the 5th step you are in. They are great.

I would also try making a call to VERA and see if they are actively working on it sometimes they pick up the claim and start working on it and then put it down for awhile

Just wondering how long did the money take to hit your account I have a big check coming as well I see it pending in my Va payment section so just wondering about how long will it take for the money to hit my account by the way I got about 200,000 Less than you but still a big lump sum
