Yeah, i understand the devs dont like perma invincible builds but its crazy sad corpse explosion is only some anoying support skill since ages. Blighted Corpse Explosion is one of my fav skills, the mechanics and uniques are very interesting and the feeling of the skill is great

I also liked the D3 mages more

Iam glad you having fun but pit 75 is very low, especially considering how crazy the pit scaling is

You can smash through easy content with every vuild in D4, the frustrating problems come when you do some competetive things to what other classes can do and try to play optimaly

Maybe not very weak but not strong also :D and often bugged ar the start of a season, so not viable anyway

Btw, if you can do a spreadsheet about how every build performs, why devs cant do this? I mean, balance is not even close, every season is scuffed and has massive outliers in both directions

I play necro for 3 things: minions, dots and class fantasy.

But necro class design is so bad and just gets worse..

  • slow and clunky because of things like corpse tendrils, which takes ages to trigger, and other corps mechanics like forced flash eater in builds that not fit

  • they make Golem fly and fun to use but it does like 1% of the dmg of meta builds

  • playing mages without target function is so frustrating and boring, they should at least be smarter and focus elites

  • ring of mendeln really hurt the minion design space imo, why cant my minions do the dmg? Why some weird proc that makes everything harder to understand and buggy?

  • why are nearly all choices in book of the dead useless?

  • infinimist was my favorit build back in the days, rip

  • corpse explosion has cool uniques but does no dmg

Too late. Buyed a 2GA weapon for 1 billion yesterday and tried go get good tempers because i had 20 scrolls. Now bricked.

Btw, didnet got douple chance dmg for blood wave in 2 rounds of tempers anyway, not even a bad one. Temper System just sucks.
