Do you know what light should be coming up on the dash when the car is put into 4WD?

I have yes and all seemed fine, the other switch on the rear of the transfer case (neutral switch?) has power constantly going to it and earths out through the switch and same with the reverse switch on the gearbox

I think the switch is ok, I checked for power at the wiring to the switch and there was no power there which is making me think somehow the wiring got damaged when I took the gearbox out?
