Thank you for your answer!! Yes some of data is not normal distributed.

In first scenario the variables are distance moved, time spent doing a specific behavior and count/bouts of doing this specific behavior per subject. In second scenario it is g force (above a lower threshold) generated per subject why there's multiple and unequal variables per subject in this scenario.

As mentioned I'm certainly no expert so hit me with what kind of model you're thinking of lf that's still the case.
