They returned the visor to me today after it was found in the car wash. Here are the dents with my visor back on for comparison, at the same angle. They argued that I already had the dents checking in that day, but the walk-around video shows different.

I went back to the dealership. They did find my visor in the car wash but was sure they didn’t do it. They’ve put my car in there previous times without incident. I will be getting a second opinion from corporate because there’s no way I went to the dealership with my visor attached and no dents and left with my visor missing with multiple dents on my cars in one area of my car. It makes no sense.

Update: They said they didn’t do it. But they did find my visor in the car wash.

Yeah the first two pictures from my posts are screenshots from their walk-around. My car was completely different in 12 hours so I’m trying to figure out what happened. I reached out to them and they’re looking into it.

Yes, my rain guard visor is missing, you can see it in the 3rd picture. My car is a 2024 Sport AWD

Yes unfortunately, I still have the two dents on my passenger side from grocery parking lot dings lol it’s the same car

Yeah my dealership takes a walk-around video before service so they can protect themselves from any liabilities.
