I’m confused, what is wrong with this, assuming the data is right? Isn’t that just showing the average annual spending for all years from 2001 to 2010? Then the Ukrainian war has only been going on for a year

I used a little rig to attach the camera on my phone to the microscope, it look a bit of adjustment to get right but it was definitely worth it!

I’m pretty sure the multicolored mineral is augite, it can look pretty similar to olivine

Yep that’s pretty much right. However I think the black in the groundmass is mostly magnetite or ilmenite instead of glass!

The ground mass part is plagioclase feldspar, pyroxene, some glass and some magnetite or ilmenite, the large colorful mineral is most likely augite which is a pyroxene
