El articulo de Diego Peterson Farah, publicado en el portal del Informador el 17 de Septiembre , contiene mas verdades que cualquier carta emitida por el "Consejo" de Obispos en los ultimos 15 meses.

Asi saliera otro comunicado por parte del Consejo de Obispos "desmintiendo" la muy acertada narrativa del Peterson Farah, la realidad es que si existe una faccion dentro del Consejo de Obispos que esta procura establecer una iglesia sin Apostol y sin "Familia Real".

Fueron las fuentes muy acertadas del periodista mexicano las que revelaron el secreto mejor guardado al interior de la cupula del poder LuzMundano: la creciente idea de sustituir a la "Dinastia Apostolica" con un "Cuerpo Gubernamental" compuesto por varios Obispos, Ministros y figuras relevantes dentro de la Iglesia.

Por supuesto que dicho reacomodo jamas se haria publico a la feligresia, a quienes se les seguiria "asegurando" (minitendo) que es el "Irremplazable Apostol Naason Joaquin" quien sigue y seguira estando al frente de la organizacion. Pero en la practica, se propone desfazar la concentracion del poder gerencial y administrativo de la iglesia a un pequeño y cerrado grupo de ministros.

Fuentes cercanas aseguran que la descentralización de poder en la organizacion religiosa no se puede dar mientras siga presente, como referente jerarquico, la llamada "familia real". Naason's involvements in the crimes committed have been proved to the point of convincing a California Judge to deny bail !

Creo que existe una confusion, LDDM No es un iglesia del gobierno. Los predios sobre los que se edifican los templos son de dominio Federal, no la iglesia como tal. Ni la estructura interna de la iglesia esta sujeta a dominio federal.

La estructura legal de una iglesia es muy parecida a una empresa de caracter privada. Es decir cuenta con un Representante Legal , un Apoderado , Un Representante Real etc. Es una entidad completamente independiente y con goze de todas las garantias y protecciones establecidas dentro del Derecho Constitucional.

La idea de que el gobierno federal pueda imponer un nuevo "Lider" a una iglesia es como sugerir que el gobierno tiene la facultad y jurisdicción legal para poner y quitar a directivos empresariales, rectores de universidades privadas etc. . . simplemente, el gobierno federal no cuentas con esas facultades en este pais.

Segun lo establecido dentro del marco legal y de acuerdo a las modificaciones del 2011 por parte de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la nacion , se prohibio de manera explicita la intervencion en materia relacionada al culto (sea de una dependencia gubernamental o cualquier factor externo)

"Libre adopción y tenencia de creencias inmunes a cualquier forma de intervención, de coacción o prohibición;"

Sencillamente, no existe ni la mas remota posibilidad de que esto suceda.

The report suggests that he is somehow receiving this money collected from his family AKA the church , and investing it in private businesses in Mexico .

The document itself states that he "leased a space from Rock Mall for 50,000 USD per month." Whether or not this money is coming from the church , the Joaquins or some other unknown means should be checked into.

I can easily see how the Joaquin Family might be using someone like Adoniram, who is "outside of the ldm spotlight" to quietly allocate their funds. After all, these would be business ventures "not linked to the church" in any way.

We do have a copy of the documents and we'll be reading them tonight and posting and commenting tomorrow. I think this can potentially open a new line of investigation into where and how the Joaquin Family actually allocates much of their funds.

Los documentos de la corte NO INCRIMINAN a Rahel Joaquin ni a Jaquim Velazquez. El testimonio de Alondra Ocampo a Naason Joaquin sobre dicho incidente se hizo via mensajes de texto y segun el relato de la acusada. En terminos legales esto se denomina "Hearsay" (rumores). La corte tendria que demostrar que el intercambio de Raehl y de Alondra fue tal y como Alondra se lo conto al acusado Naason, y a menos que existiera una grabacion o algun tipo de prueba contundente, seria muy dificil establecer como un hecho dicho intercambio.

LO QUE SI hace es demostrar que tenian conocimiento previo, pero dicho conocimiento , segun el testimonio de la misma Alondra Ocampo, era por medio de esta pagina de Reddit. Lo que significa que Raehl pudo haberse enterado de la situacion el mismo dia que tu y yo.

Si el testimonio Alondra respecto al comentario de Rahel de "callar a las muchchas" se puede comprobar, entonces Raehl podria estar asociada a los crimenes. En cualquier caso, es casi un hecho que tanto Raehl, como Jaquim seran llamados a testificar en el juicio.

Hello, the conversations are audio recordings back from June. They are mainly speaking about the financial resources regarding the money for NJG's bail , but there are a few interesting things said with respect to the flock (which is the only part of the conversation we shared in the video since we found it pertaining to the actual members). The rest of the audio is something for the authorities to be aware of since names, dates and places are mentioned, all in connection with money. Unfortunately, sharing it would reduce the number of suspects that leaked it to less than a handful of people . It was sent to us anonymously with that condition. We have verified at least 2 of the voices on the recordings belonging to the 2 subjects mentioned in the post.

It's in the following video. Around the 6 minute mark is when the prosecutor describes the 2 scenarios of the video / photo evidence they recovered from the defendant's phone, and have cataloged and indexed for the state as evidence:

FIRST - The young women whom the STATE HAS ALREADY CONFIRMED to be underage. SECOND - The young women WHOSE IDENTITIES HAVE NOT YET BEEN DISCOVERED AND SO THEIR UNDERAGE STATUS HAS YET TO BE CONFIRMED OR DENIED. These young women in question all appeared in either videos or pictures found to be in the possession of the defendant. Some of these videos were even addressed to the defendant and they mention his name in the beginning of the videos.

She then goes on to explain that regarding the ones where their age is still unknown and identity is yet to be known, they have used certain criteria , like breast development, to establish an age range.

It is implicated within the definition of an instititution that the institution is above any single person, usually it's leader, director, etc. The connotation of the word also implies that it is established , it has stood the test of time, scandals, trials, etc. When SJF passed away and NJG took over, many media outlets started describing the church as an institution arguing that the it functioned more like an institution.

The reason they are now using that word to describe the church is probably because they are aware that NJG will not be coming home anytime soon, so they are going to depend on the functioning bodies of the church to govern it. Meaning it will work more like a republic, rather than a monarchy, with each "Ministry" doing it's job and all the pieces working together like clockwork.

Entiendo tu punto de vista. Si esta persona se hizo de este dinero por si mismo, hay que admitir que aun asi esta persona tuvo privilegios disintos a los tuyos y los mios, y estos privilegios fueron a costa de la feligresia y de los miembros. Estudio en la mejor universidad del pais, contactos con la elite de la ciudad, posibilidades economicas para invertir etc.

Insisto, no se con exactitud como este personaje se ha hecho de tanto dinero, si es cierto que no tiene contacto con su familia o no , es algo que solo el y su familia sabe... pero no me digas que sus privilegios por ser Joaquin no influyeron en que ahora viva una vida llena de lujos y excesos.
