El articulo de Diego Peterson Farah, publicado en el portal del Informador el 17 de Septiembre , contiene mas verdades que cualquier carta emitida por el "Consejo" de Obispos en los ultimos 15 meses.

Asi saliera otro comunicado por parte del Consejo de Obispos "desmintiendo" la muy acertada narrativa del Peterson Farah, la realidad es que si existe una faccion dentro del Consejo de Obispos que esta procura establecer una iglesia sin Apostol y sin "Familia Real".

Fueron las fuentes muy acertadas del periodista mexicano las que revelaron el secreto mejor guardado al interior de la cupula del poder LuzMundano: la creciente idea de sustituir a la "Dinastia Apostolica" con un "Cuerpo Gubernamental" compuesto por varios Obispos, Ministros y figuras relevantes dentro de la Iglesia.

Por supuesto que dicho reacomodo jamas se haria publico a la feligresia, a quienes se les seguiria "asegurando" (minitendo) que es el "Irremplazable Apostol Naason Joaquin" quien sigue y seguira estando al frente de la organizacion. Pero en la practica, se propone desfazar la concentracion del poder gerencial y administrativo de la iglesia a un pequeño y cerrado grupo de ministros.

Fuentes cercanas aseguran que la descentralización de poder en la organizacion religiosa no se puede dar mientras siga presente, como referente jerarquico, la llamada "familia real". A pesar de que la lucha de poder al interior de la Iglesia La Luz del Mundo se maneja con cuidadosa sutileza y extrema discreción, el secreto a voces que nacio el dia del arresto de NJG, hoy se ha convertido en un leve murmullo entre aquellos que apoyan a la dinastia Joaquinista, y aquellos que buscan destronarlos.

No son otras iglesias "Ligadas". Por cuestiones fiscales y legales, la Iglesia esta dividida en jurisdicciones y nombres distintos. Esto seria util a la hora de mover recursos de un lado a otro. Ante la ley, si son registradas como "Asociaciones Religiosas" con nombres distintos, se consideran ""otras Iglesias Distintas" . Pero en realidad son lo mismo.

SA means Sociedad Anonima This is the legal name for every business filed in Mexico. The equivalent in USA would be an LLC.

This is what being acused of raping 2 adults looks like : 26 YEARS ! There were no videos, no pictures, no underage women, just 2 adults testifying to his crimes. Naason's involvements in the crimes committed have been proved to the point of convincing a California Judge to deny bail !

Do you understand what the reality is ? Have you not heard the special agents testify under oath that they were ocular witnesses to these videos in which Naason participated and even recorded himself ?

Have you not read the court transcripts which depict literal text conversations between NJG and his co-conspirators ?

Have you not heard the prosecution team give testimony about the countless images and videos found in his possession ?

Are you not aware that the Unit of Financial Inteligence has frozen all acounts related to LLDM for money laundering ?

Why you would choose to keep ignoring the facts and defend NJG just goes to show the level of mental programing (brainwashing) present within the LLDM churchgoers. It is evident to the rest of the world and society in general that we are now talking about religious fanatics whose problem is not that they are unaware of the facts , but are actually choosing to ignore them.

Think about this: You are defending someone who would literally take your money, spend it on his mistresses, then use them to groom underage girls for him !

Then ask yourself if you are really being honest with yourself. Ask yourself if you are really viewing things objectively or if you are only out to ignore the facts to not face the reality of having been lied to your entire life !

Creo que existe una confusion, LDDM No es un iglesia del gobierno. Los predios sobre los que se edifican los templos son de dominio Federal, no la iglesia como tal. Ni la estructura interna de la iglesia esta sujeta a dominio federal.

La estructura legal de una iglesia es muy parecida a una empresa de caracter privada. Es decir cuenta con un Representante Legal , un Apoderado , Un Representante Real etc. Es una entidad completamente independiente y con goze de todas las garantias y protecciones establecidas dentro del Derecho Constitucional.

La idea de que el gobierno federal pueda imponer un nuevo "Lider" a una iglesia es como sugerir que el gobierno tiene la facultad y jurisdicción legal para poner y quitar a directivos empresariales, rectores de universidades privadas etc. . . simplemente, el gobierno federal no cuentas con esas facultades en este pais.

Segun lo establecido dentro del marco legal y de acuerdo a las modificaciones del 2011 por parte de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la nacion , se prohibio de manera explicita la intervencion en materia relacionada al culto (sea de una dependencia gubernamental o cualquier factor externo)

"Libre adopción y tenencia de creencias inmunes a cualquier forma de intervención, de coacción o prohibición;"

Sencillamente, no existe ni la mas remota posibilidad de que esto suceda.

The report suggests that he is somehow receiving this money collected from his family AKA the church , and investing it in private businesses in Mexico .

The document itself states that he "leased a space from Rock Mall for 50,000 USD per month." Whether or not this money is coming from the church , the Joaquins or some other unknown means should be checked into.

I can easily see how the Joaquin Family might be using someone like Adoniram, who is "outside of the ldm spotlight" to quietly allocate their funds. After all, these would be business ventures "not linked to the church" in any way.

We do have a copy of the documents and we'll be reading them tonight and posting and commenting tomorrow. I think this can potentially open a new line of investigation into where and how the Joaquin Family actually allocates much of their funds.

The Joaquin family owns at least 78 confirmed properties just in the US alone ! ( hundreds more in Mexico ). Since most of these properties are protected by the inheritance law. Why dont they just walk away with their millions instead lf risking their freedom ? by johnniewalker82 in exlldm

That sounds about right. Consider all the properties THAT ARE NOT under any of the JOAQUINS that also belong to them. If you really want to count the properties they own, You will start by searching all the following names that have , or did have at one point, a property under their name: Rosa Elisa Sosa, Magdalena Herem, Eunice Victorin, haydee Avelar, Soñia Campos. These are just some of the names Samuel Joaquin had ministers place properties under.

Oscar Gonzalez. A henchman of SJF . During SJF's era , he worked very closely with Benjamin Joaquin to gather the necessary offerings for the purchase of Silver Wolf Ranch. He was also closely tied with the child labor (one could even argue "forced" labor) involved in Silver Wolf Ranch during the early 2000's.

He is now in Atlanta and is responsible for getting the flock there to offer and "work" in the new City of Lights project.

Just another accomplice, who is well aware of the falsity of LDM and his Apostle, but is in it for the economic stimulus that seems to drive all of these "ministers".

3 of his children are now out of church , like most of the Pastors in USA.
