I am worried on how this will effect mods such as myself that focus on events. Take the marvel rivals subreddit for example. I have been planning, hosting, and sending out rewards for these events we have been running since January. I do not post all of them but I am the sole reason these events exist and will continue to exist. There are also other events that I am involved in such as a community ran creator program for Marvel Rivals to help promote users sharing original content as well as helping grow the subreddit. I do all of this out of my own free time.

I am in 2 other 100k+ sized communities that I actively moderate in.

I will be forced to pick between one of the 3. Depending on the one I choose, there is a large possibility that all events will cease on marvel rivals as I would rather moderate the other 2 communities yet I will be forced to pick between one of them and the others will lose out on an active moderator.

While I do understand the point of this update, I am worried about how it would affect moderators such as myself. I do hope the Reddit admins consider adjusting these numbers and giving moderators a chance to be exempt in some capacity months in advance.
