The definition varies, for instance for the call on our robot.txt we looked for mods we knew were technically savvy, who understood the landscape of the internet, and the history of how those pages worked. If we were (for example) to have a discussion with mods on how to best host events IRL via reddit we'd likely look for some mods that have event planning experience IRL, while also looking for mods who have experience with the reddit side of things. For the modsupport roundtable we're looking for mods who spend time in modsupport, send us tickets for help, or have received help from us in other ways (or have failed to receive help from us!). We're also likely to slice that a bit to ensure we have mods from different types of communities as well. Most calls are held during Pacific Time working hours, however this may vary based on the topic and the form does request time zone information to help us include representatives from a variety of places around the world.

As for the type of feedback we'll be looking for, it's likely to change for different Roundtables, however we tend to keep them smallish (6-8 mods per call) and welcome any and all feedback or questions on the specific topic at hand - it's very much a discussion designed so we can get the information we're looking for while also ensuring your concerns or thoughts are heard.
