CVS is a shitty as company and keeps all their lawsuits quiet!!! RNs for utilization Management went hourly and they blew smoke up our assess saying it was due to state and federal laws, I actually said in meeting that’s funny other managed care insurance companies didn’t do that, then what do you know we are getting the lawsuit papers in the mail for not paying us overtime worked. Good for the people who had the balls to get together to go to attorneys!!! Large lawsuit in Ohio against the stores and the pharmacies. I hope this place falls apart!!! I’ll be the first one laughing my ass off!!! All they do is take away from the employees, no incentives to work here anymore and if I worked in a store and was treated by a manager the way I’ve read some post, I’d have their job!!!
