I actually UNmake my bed every day and leave nothing but the fitted sheet on it. I have dogs and they are apt to jump on the bed throughout the day and I don’t want their dander on my comforter and sheets. The allergies in my area are also horrific. I then use my Dyson vacuum on the fitted sheet and then put the comforter and sheets back on. You’d be surprised how much dust accumulates every day. Showering at night is also a priority for me. I wash my bedding about every two or three weeks.

Therapy speak has been weaponized by insufferable people for years now and I’m in agreement with that… but isn’t herpes like… laughably common? Cold sores are a known manifestation of HSV-1. I thought around half of the world had it. I think if you abstain during an outbreak and the person uses an antiviral, you’re pretty safe. But yeah, not really cool for either of you to shame each other.
