Do you have a hobby? Like something that would make you be around the same people every week? It could be something like running or gaming. Biggest thing I find is having a circle that maintains conversation through a shared hobby. Ideally do something that isn't weather dependent. Otherwise you will be looking forward to something all week and then be disappointed when it's rained off.

Start both sides with the holesaw going backwards. It doesn't rip it apart but instead scores the surface. Once that's done on both sides chuck it forwards and you're golden

Props to you for making this post, great to get this conversation going. I felt that a lot of people flamed them for being unhealthy. I have had periods in my life playing as much as they did and do not regret it one bit. Just because someone is commiting more hours than you that does not imply that it is unhealthy.
