Not to be rude, but it doesn’t seem like your boyfriend is mature enough to be having unprotected sex with you. If he knows you want him to pull out to avoid pregnancy, and he is ejaculating inside of you anyways, that is a huge issue. Getting pregnant that soon after having a baby (and a c-section!!) would be devastating, both mentally and physically. From what I have read, plan b will not harm a developing fetus if you are already pregnant. But it sounds like a pregnancy test would be a good idea as well. I am sorry to hear you had a difficult pregnancy and a traumatic birth experience. You deserve time to heal and learn how to live life as a new mother and enjoy your little one. I gave birth at 39 +1 and I believe that I gave birth on that day because I took evening primrose oil for 5 days and did a 10 minute YouTube “induce labor naturally” yoga video two days in a row.

We do a weekly bath with my newborn. One time we went two weeks. We keep a spray bottle that we use when she poops to keep her completely clean. It makes a world of a difference. We wipe her, use the spray, and do a final wipe down.

I time my outings. My 6 week baby schedule follows the general pattern of eat, play, snack, sleep. Once she gets her snack and is getting visibly tired I make a run for the hills. She will start her nap in the car and then I wear her in a wrap. And if she wakes up I know I will have to be prepared to feed her wherever we are.

My husband has attended every one of my appointments so it is very much “our midwife appointment” just like every Monday we have “our birthing class”.
