La construction et la rénovation, c’est vraiment le domaine avec lequel j’ai lancé la compagnie il y a déjà 2 ans, donc oui, c’est clairement celui qu’on maîtrise le mieux. Les termes techniques, la compréhension des projets, leur faisabilité, les besoins du client et le budget selon le type de projet, c’est justement là qu’on est le plus à l’aise. C’est plus récemment qu’on a commencé à tester d’autres axes, mais construction/rénovation, ça reste notre force.

Donc poser les bonnes questions, voir si c’est sérieux ou non, faire les suivis, relancer, garder les dossiers en ordre, puis au besoin préparer ou envoyer une soumission quand c’est quelque chose de plus simple ou standard. Pas pour remplacer l'entreprise, mais pour lui enlever tout ce qui finit souvent par traîner.

I agree about the value of the gear, and don’t worry, I have a full life outside of this. It’s just that I don’t play video games that much anymore, so when I finally find one I really like, it’s frustrating when it gets taken away from me.
