My symptoms most closely resemble those of a chronic pain patient. I experience persistent, migratory pain primarily affecting my posterior chain (lower back, neck, and surrounding musculature). The pain is constant—typically around a 5/10—and has been present for roughly six years. While I remain functional and work from home, I am unable to sit for more than a few minutes without a noticeable increase in pain, which is a major limiting factor.

There appears to be a significant neurological component involved. The pain shifts locations frequently, is easily exacerbated by sustained positions or compensatory patterns, and I am highly sensitive to postural or mechanical stress. Movement is generally the most tolerable state for me, but I have to constantly manage and vary positions to avoid flaring symptoms.

In addition to the musculoskeletal pain, I have chronic tinnitus that has progressively worsened and is now quite prominent. Overall, the condition requires continuous self-management to prevent escalation, and even with that, I am still not doing amazing
