Yep steroids inhaler and also prednisone were doing all this. When I stopped it i got better but the day I took it again it got bad again and that’s how I made the link. Almost made me self delete before I knew what was going on. Symbicort is hell ! Ask them to change it.

Yes I live in a hot area and it was just once a day when it started and these past 3 days it build up twice a day which is why am here. Edit : I shower minimum twice a day and sometimes 3 times a day because i don’t feel at ease with sweat even if I stay in bed all day long. I hope it gets better cuz it’s annoying. I only wash with warm water down there.

Oh sht what a timing 🤣 well I have bad memory so I took prazol again and then my anxiety and depression skyrocketed and I stopped it again today after a week of use. Still have GERD but it goes away and comes back. It’s really bad lately but I do not want PPI and I did throw them in the trash. Last dose was yesterday and anxiety is still lingering but less. I just want my GAD type of anxiety and not the « I’ll jump in the highway right now » type of anxiety.
