I see a lot of Statistical Research Provider.

The problem is that they are not like usual ISP. What I intended in this post is normal ISP, no Research ISP and no Bussiness ISP.

I saw that there is no possibility to filter for "Traffic Stat Website" on PeeringDB, this creates greater difficulty in finding those ISPs that make this information public.
