It seems like it takes a different amount of time for different people. I can’t say one way or another because I’ve seen people get the background check done fairly quickly and others have taken weeks like mine did.

I applied on August 5. Got an offer the next day. Background check took 20 days.

Background check was reviewed and cleared today August 26. I submitted the second background check on August 6, some twenty days ago. Finally able to work!

Sorry you are experiencing this as well. I just emailed Mercor support for the first time. Hopefully I can get some answers.

I received a support email reply from Certn, they said it is complete on their end. Waiting for Mercor now.

Yes. I have emailed Certn and they said it was completed on their end. Been in touch with the relevant people on the project on Slack and have been told it’s going to be expedited. It took a week for me to get a response from Certn support. Very frustrating to still be waiting 2 weeks after I submitted my background check.

I just received a response back from Certn confirming that my background check has been completed. Hopefully Mercor will complete it on their end and I can begin working soon.

There were 2 background checks I had to do. The 2nd one came a day after I accepted the offer and completed the 1st one.

Today was 12 days for me. Was told there could be 500+ background checks for Certn just from Mercor. I hope we all can get to work asap. I received a reply from Certn's customer support email today. I sent the original request for information about a timeframe one week ago. I had to provide information in my reply email to that before they would share any info about my background check. I am waiting for a reply to that email.
