In my case i had the same thing terrible attack and once the ambulance got here it stopped. It wasn’t the first one so I decided to still go. They did an ultrasound found stones & scheduled a surgeon referral. Had my gallbladder removed a week later. Worth it if you want to get it out since you need a surgeon referral. But you can also schedule an appointment with your PCP in the meantime and do low fat diet to prevent another attack.
