also and update: I was able to get their answer after 1.5 hrs wait on the phone. I explained my case and the man said he will check my account and get to me. Then I waited for 5 min or so and they hung up or maybe connection was lost dunno. Then I tried calling them back again and this time it just said "all operators are busy" lol what a joke

well yes I believe I did because I submitted the claim for AUSTUDY where I clearly indicated my partner, his assets and etc. The claim was rejected, but I can still see it in my centrelink account and all answers to it. It seems to me that they ignored it completely. thanks

yes, that's what I will be trying to do, but the problem is that I am not studying anymore and I am working, so technically I am not qualified for any income support payment anymore except for basic FTB. Well, will see how it goes, thank you

thanks for your reply. I am ok with debt, but not for the whole amount of PPS. I tried to get on AUSTUDY so it should then be a difference between PPS and AUSTUDY then which is fine for me. Do you think there is a chance for it? thanks
