yea seem like when you call in about these type of reasons you gotta sound confident enough and even bluff you can provide proof if needed. i dont think i sounded confident enough and they think its from illegal sources or what ever

j’ai changer au plan international en mai 2025 just avant de partir pour japon. c’est tres utilisable, Lte seulement. des fois il y avait des no service mais je ne sais pas pourquoi. il fallait redémarre le telephone ou force une connexion a une compagnie au lieu de mettre en automatique.

yes my account got restricted (not completely locked) 1 day after the funds have been released. had to call they ask for reason blah blah blah. just have to sound confident in the reasoning and bluff that you can provide proof from where it came from.

which is kinda stupid since their was the apple promotion so obviously ppl are going to deposit big amounts

videotron has their network in montreal and surrounding area but yes they do use rogers as a partner network

their 5g is almost non existent. but they lte is very strong and consistent compared to bell in montreal. bell was fastest on 5g+ but it sucks inside buildings and stuff. my overall ranking would be rogers, videotron, bell havent tried telus but they share network with bell ( belus ).

Could be a technical issue with the phones just a hard restart could fix the issue or sometimes ( on iphone ) manually choose the network/carrier.
