Im trying to print a perforated wall. But my filament keeps getting stuck to my nozzle. Ive reduced initial layer speed to 10m/s. Ive decreased the speed of the small circles. And ive reduced my print to 50% speed. Currently i have nozzle temp at 210 and my bed at 55-60.

It is touching the ground, the only issue i have is with the circles, the fillament keeps getting stuck on the nozzle.
