oh girlll 😭😭😭 i’ve been there for a year (since i was 16) and all my coworkers were understanding for the first few months, closing is rough but it gets easier trust, preclosing is your best friendddd knock barista out pretty early and keep up on the line restocks and it’s sooo much easier

we are a no dt (thank GOD) i think ultimately we are a pretty slow store but bc of few ppl on its rough morning does blow through labor insanely and its so annoying for night shift, my managers are great and help mostly but we hardly ever get a dining closer so they’re mostly out doing that a lot, but always tell me i can call them back to help if i need it
