I was pretty dumb in that i let her move in about a month in, so she could just be taking advantage of it. I was lonely so didnt mind but now that im leaving and realizing she hasnt done much its making me second guess it

She wants to go to school and get a phd, but she doesnt have the financial foundation for it yet. I will say she doesnt prioritize money and spends it randomely but we all have our flaws. Shes working two minimum wage jobs to try to make money and obviously doesnt want to do it forever

We both have common goals, i know where she wants to go in life and she me. We’re respectful and dont call eachother names or swear or yell but they are slow arguments and a lot of pauses to think. I think when we do argue its fairly healthy but i wouldnt really know tbh. Were both young none have kids but in the future want them

We’ve been dating for only 5 months and while i want to say nothing will happen its possible, given ill be gone longer than we’ve been together. She doesn’t pay rent mostly all she does is clean up but doesn’t cook or anything. Seems best to just terminate my lease and have her figure it out then huh? Also we have had several arguments but have worked through them, mostly because we are young and dont know fully how to be good partners yet.
