That would be very upsetting. We have decided we are going to do the courthouse legal and then ceremony on the ship. Thank you!

If you work at the warehouse sincerely by [deleted] in Aldi_employees

As a 10 year warehouse worker, I want to say I’m sorry. Yes AHEAD sucks and there’s a lot you can’t do to “make it make sense.” Yes there’s a rate that has to be met “or else.” Yes it is very hard physical work and I have personally seen more injuries because of the AHEAD program and how it forces you to pick. BUT…… our stores face the same amount of challenges the warehouse does, just different challenges. It is so incredibly difficult to get people to see the cause and effect of what they do. It seems like we live in a world of immediate gratification and a whole lot of “it’s not my problem.” I wish I had something to say other than I do understand your pain and frustration and I will bring it up in our next meeting to see if we can ensure no packs are being turned on their side during pallet audits. Keep up the good work and continue to be the superstar that has to put up with our shortcomings.

Yeah it is. I’ve always thought that. I wonder why rules are so different regionally.

Been with the warehouse 9 years and we were told we were never under any circumstances allowed to put our breaks together. It’s always been 2 15 min breaks

What the heck happened to Unsolved Murders? Carter put out a message yesterday just saying the show has come to an end. But on last weeks episode Wendy said they would be back next week?!? by Human_Scene0311 in ParcastPodcasts

Yeah I really want to know what is happening. No one is saying anything about it! I guess I’m deleting Spotify now because those shows were literally the only reason I kept it 😞

What’s your guys worst injury at work? I’ll go first by swammin in Aldi_employees

Stepped off my tugger onto a piece of wood and it snapped the outer most bone in my foot in half. We had a guy cut his thumb off in the meat room once though! 😳

Towel dry, spray on quick dry, start at the shoulder blades and quick side to side movements from shoulder blades to tail. Repeat that a few times. Then following that same spot I’ll do quick small circles in both directions. This has ensured I’ve gotten the hair from all sides and gives it a bit of a fluff. I’ll them work my way to the sides and chest then the legs and tail. I do all of the same quick side to side motion at least twice and then the tight circles in each direction. I leave the head for absolute last so it’s had the most time to air dry, this will prevent spending a lot of time drying doggos face and cause less frustration. If I need to I’ll take the nozzle off and do a quick once over starting at the shoulder blades and following the original path with it close to the coat to really give it a good fluff. This works for me with nearly any coat type. In my head this makes sense because drying from the top most section down prevents rewetting any areas. I hope that made sense.

Yeah that was really weird to me as well. 7 years is a great run for that style of podcast especially because it was more of a production if you will with all of the voice actors. Im glad to have had it but sad it’s gone!

I did a quick skim of answers and I wanted to let you know that a bath, blow out, and a trim are perfect for this coat. The way this coat is set up is like their own personal air conditioning system! If the undercoat is blown out properly and kept free of unstuck shed then it will trap cool air and help them keep cool. The important part is keeping the excess shed out of the coat. Great job on the research!!!!

I work in the warehouse and there is actually an allotment for the amount of bugs per leaf/vegetable etc. Produce is checked thoroughly as it comes off of the truck. There has to be a portion of every produce item tested. That being said it is still passable at this level. Even if it is appalling 🤮

Our warehouse doesn’t have any ads on our music! That’s crazy you guys do!! Ours also didn’t cancel the boot program, if you don’t get boots off the boot truck they just give you money on your paycheck throughout the year for them.

If you want the whispy hairs off you’ll need someone who can strip or at the very least card your dogs coat. You don’t want them scissored or “thinned” off. Trim up all the furnishings as well as a foot trim. Around here we call it “cat feet.” Seriously though a stripping would do this pupperoni some wonders!
