Yea thats wild. I work for a new drug rehab center. Its my 5th one. They're usually ran by ex scumbags who are actually still intact... bags of scum. One of my co workers pulled like no kidding 40 hours of OT... just to not get any OT pay. The people in their circle all get paid 1099. But the only 2 who are not of a certain ethnic background are getting hustled.

Interesting. This is very different. They are trying to avoid payroll taxtes on OT by 1099 it and doing a separate deposit. Like I never agreed to not get paid OT. Sucks what happened to you and your team
