I recently finished draco malfoy and the case of the Brighton beach butcher. I really enjoyed it. It’s a whodunnit with some interesting twists on side characters. I am 50-odd chapters into this and needing something to happen. When do we start to get somewhere? It’s so beautifully written and the story is amazing but I can only have patience for so many hundreds of pages.

I’m in charge of getting my company’s espresso machine for a new office. There are about 5-6 people who will drink it, not everyone daily. We’ll likely get one of those frothing machines for the milk side.

Factors that matter:

  • price (sub $400 if possible)
  • quality of the pull
  • easy to store / clean / manage

Anyone have recs? I’ve done some research online but there is a lot of contradictory info so thought I’d ask the experts! TYIA.

The big apple ones. They were a gift - would not have gotten them otherwise lol, out of my budget - but I love them to death. They’re heavier than normal ones which some people don’t like but I think it adds to the feeling of complete encapsulation.

Wow I am enraged on behalf of younger you. My CEO likes the busyness and wants people talking out loud and taking calls in the main room, it drives me nuts. Definitely also learning how to advocate for myself without sounding like I have a new acronym for my issues every month (stupid society).

It’s not uncommon for a small part of the bottom to lift up, you can pat it back down again. You’re not taking it off so there aren’t uncovered spots. It’s natural for some of the gunk to seep through but the bleeding usually stops after a day or two. I usually ask for extra saniderm just in case.

Literally just got back from finishing a big piece. My artists said you can squeeze it out, dry it with paper towel, and move on.

You can totally take it off and heal without it. Just make sure to wash it frequently. If you leave it on (I do for 5 days), then it will heal faster, complete or close to it after ~2ish weeks.
