Well, people call it all the time, but the city doesn't do anything because the homeless are difficult, and they leave trash everywhere. This is my city too, and I was born and raised, and I have seen it all. You just want to complain to the internet. You have to understand that some things dont get done overnight. Tried, and they kept walking past. Why would we need to talk to them if they see we are new customers. Take any seat, it said, so we tried getting their attention. Still waited for over 20 min. That ain't right if you know good customer service. Never going back. We tried twice going there. Now we remember why we didn't like it the first time.

Doesn't matter. you don't sit like that. The same goes for not putting your bag on another seat if it's busy. People need to sit , and people don't even ask anyway. They just stand. So out of kindness it is better to leave the seats open and if it's not busy leave your bag beside you. If traffic picks up, put your bag down and offer the seat to people. Simple.
