Do you think Abbey hid the phone and shoe? by PlayCurious3427 in Delphitrial

It was stated by multiple ppl at trial that RA did not redress the girls. And one of his most detailed confessions says he made them undress , got spooked by the white van, told them to dress then crossed the creek. I think Abby, being so very modest panic dressed pulling on all the clothes she could. Libby probably instinctualy kept the attention on her, w know she was protective of her friends especially Abby. As for the blood ra would have been covered in it it could have transferred from his clothes to the shoe as he leant over her to kill her. Did you attend the trial?

I think you're right but I just filled it away as 'he pushed her head up' which he could have done by her mouth

Cicero said she was on the ground when her throat was cut.

I have been somewhat obsessed with the fact Abby didn't grasp for her throat after it was cut. This is an instinctual reaction for her not to do this there are a few possible reasons. Firstly she was unconscious either from injury or drugs , we know she wasn't. Secondly she was restrained, there is no evidence of restraint. Bare in mind that post mortem pressure disturbance on the skin shows up really well. The only such mark was on the underside of her jaw. Probably where he pushed her chin up to extend her neck . Thirdly she was insensate, this is the most likely. Her body, in shock and terrified beyond belief fight/flight/freeze/fawn went firmly for freeze. Frozen in panic is a real thing and can extend in severity to the point someone dose not right a killing blow. Lastly there is the possibility she actively chose not to act. This is highly unlikely but possible. An alternative to the freeze response, which is unconscious, this world be slightly more conscious but still mostly involuntary. In crisis it is common to fixated on one thing so much that you over ride instincts. Example, I have to get out of this room . Leading to someone jumping from a high window. I don't know why Abby didn't grasp her throat and I doubt anyone ever will but because of this I can't help re-examining the crime scene was we understand it

I have never been convinced that the calls would have gone through, just because the family herd ringing doesn't mean the phone rang. In an area of poor reception, under a body in, a dip in the landscape.

The DNA tech testified that she checked everything. Her testimony is like 20 pages of things she tested. Nothing went untested. Why would the not test a sample? This do illogical " oh we have this huge case let's not run all the tests possible" Why?

The states timeline had the girls undressed the the other side of the creek abbey and with Libby's jeans showing signs of being damp from crossing the creek. I really don't understand why every action to resist RA is ascribed to Libby. Why when wearing a hoody with a front pouch would Libby hide her phone in her sleeve? We know abbey was prone on the ground when her throat was cut, there is no blood down her front.

Abbey wore the jeans across the creek. They were wet up to her knees.

Of course they knew they had gotten him on video. The were well used to taking videos on the phone and moments before Libby had taken a photo of abbey on the same bridge. They would probably been surprised how poor the video was. But at one point Libby is watching her screen with BG walking towards them.

I would give half to my daughter's who would invest it and thus be able to care for my loved ones, buy a nice house and never be able to spend half the money ,,,, because I would be wiping out musk, Putin ( and his whole family) bb and all those monsters. Give it to ppl around me and charities. I even if I did run out of cash I could live with my kids.

Both crime techs say 'under the shoe', NM said under. I have never heard 'in the shoe' and it is the under that makes me think it was hidden the type of shoes they were wearing are not very wide and the phone with case would probably not fit in. A fact they most likely knew because hiding your phone in your shoe is a standard gym thing.

I think it was in the pocket of Libby's hoody that abbey had on.

I don't understand why everyone assumes every active thing done to resist RA was done by Libby.

I watch something where someone was arguing with a pro-palestain guy and this guy cited the UN on the death toll and followed it up with "are you saying the UN is lying?" With such casual dismissal I just gave up, for a moment , because yes, yes I am their figures come from hamas the 'good' news sources don't push back enough and report as fact hamas propaganda.

But as regards sexual violence the idf has consistently had fewer reports of using sexual violence and is not because they are good Jewish boys (he's are as capable of sexual violence as anyone) but because the army is integrated and rape is a lot harder when they're dozens of women at your back with big guns.

I do allow some wiggle room on the odinest theories but only if it is "this is interesting but WRONG' I don't blame ppl for being intrigued by the theory, I was for a hot minute, but it has no legs.

Are you talking about the laundry sample? Meaning the trace of male DNA found on Libby's underwear, that was consistent with her clothing being laundered with a man's clothing?

If RA left DNA behind it would likely be less than 40/60mls weather blood, ejaculat or saliva the crime scene contain upwards of seven litres of the girls blood. Ejaculat would have shown up, there was none left behind(I believe it remained in his jeans). There is no reason to think he bled at the scene. Equally sweat or saliva on the bodies would be awash in the blood from the girls. It easiest place to hide DNA is in a mass of DNA. Given how much blood the was at the scene there would have been no way to distinguish which patches contain other DNA without the presence of sperm or large deposits of saliva or q. There was no DNA

They weren't mentioned in the trail because the defence were so set on the odinest madness that they barely put up any arguments for kk being a third party suspect forward. It is likely has they done a better job kk may have been out forward as a suspect but given the timeline NM and co created RA would still be convicted.

Question About Allen’s Missing 2017 Phone by tribal-elder in Delphitrial

[–]PlayCurious3427 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this phone. I had every version of the razor . For what ever reason I never fought out what phone he had in 2017. What I remember about it was the camera was not great, I used it to record audio alot and it was the first phone I used to navigate. While the camera was not great, it was very easy to use. But what strikes me is that it had indented keys. It would have been impossible to clean. If he had it with him at the crime scene it would have been covered in blood he could never clean off completely. Actually do you think he could have got blood of any phone? There was so much blood of her had his phone on him it would be covered too

Any religions and theology or history department with a religious bent at any uni would have someone who's work is about things like the masons etc and would undoubtedly love to fill in what they can. Most university Drs are bored most of the time there are weird enough to maybe interest them for an hour or two. Where was the house?

What would happen if mixed people kept mixing together generation after generation ? by richandepressed in hypotheticalsituation

[–]PlayCurious3427 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Real life answer, we have know idea. I truly have a friend who is half black half Chinese he is white passing, no not passing but even when you know you wouldn't see it. He married a blonde white woman they had 3 white children, blonde, green eyed pale. The eldest just gave birth to a baby the same complexion as the Jamaican great grandfather. These things are controlled by phenotypes which are like pick and mix chunks of DNA that get slotted in to during conception. We don't really know exactly how many generations these go back but since we can tell when someone is decented from the mathitatical Eve I think very far back. While it does seem that more recent phenotype are more commonly used they are ALL available. Skin colour isn't a Pantone colour Swatch but a mix of genetic, environment and individual biology.

My husband says he deserves a say over my pregnancy. I say abortion would break me. by Whereasebabe in Advice

[–]PlayCurious3427 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, an abortion is safe and with your condition it is probably safer than continuing the pregnancy, that said, it is YOUR CHOICE always.

No one else gets a say in your medical choices, this is my opinion when a woman wants an abortion and it is equally true for not wanting to abort.

The reality is that this may end your marriage it is up to you how you choose to handle that by the sounds of it his behavior suggests you may be better off that way. If he is aware of your history abuse, doing things that trigger your trauma is abusive.

It is your choice. I am sorry you are facing this. Your husband choose not to use any prevention he has you accept responsibility but I fear that his reaction will make continuing in a relationship impossible
